Not sure where to put this, need help on a style

asked at punres got no response.

I installed the style raven black (along with some others) and the links were all mashed together.  I got the links separated, I changed the % from 80 to 110 and that took care of that.

now the links are off the back ground image (bar). The links cant go up(the header image) so the background image for the links needs to come down. Ive changed every number in the style sheets,  trial and error,  no luck. Can some one please help me? Do I need to add a command to move the bar down behind the links?
