Topic: How to install easy_bbcode ???

Sorry about stupid question, but I am total off!!

Want to install easy-bbcode on punbb 1.2.17 but do not know how? Here are two Files I downloaded: easy_bbcode.patch and mod_easy_bbcode.php. But I can not find any installation description.

Please, can anybody give me a hand?
