Topic: Change background on solid bars

Hi  I need to put an image in the solid background of the header bars in my forum. Can someone tell me what code I need to adjust to do this? I know how to make the html, but I can't find where it goes/what file it is in.

Okay. I have found the place, but cannot get the code to work.
