Topic: Question about forum options

Hello
I am new to this forum so I have a question
When I change the language the theme time zone ant other stuff from the admin panel and go to the index of the forum nothing changes....
When i log out I see the changes!
That makes me think that only I(administrator) can't see the changes and have to make them from the user control panel
Why is this happening and what am I doing wrong!

thats because you have to change it in your profile for yourself.

You have a profile one, where this will change only for yourself, then you have the forum one, where all the members that join up will have that as their standard settings.
