High loads

Greetings

When I first time look at the PunBB I love it but can you answer on some questions?

Does PunBB survive (and continue work well ) under the heavy load, something about 100.000 unique users per day (hosts) and 1.500.000 hits?

And if “Yes” what are servers configuration will be needed for this? I mean how much RAM we must buy or how fast possessor will be needed etc.?

We are plan buy 3 dedicated servers (one for database and two for engine), with the large bandwidth channel. Will it be possible for PunBB allocate loads on two servers?
