Topic: Keeping post in posted order

I would like to ask if it is possible to keep the post in posted order when a reply is made to a post...
i dont want the post to get bumped back to the top of the board..whan a reply is made...

There is an option  under forum options in admin for  "Sort Topics By".  The default is Last Post, but you can change it to Topic Start
