Topic: Login Problem in maintenance mode

hi to all..

I am running Punbb 1.2.14. due to spammers i put it in maintenance mode, and i logged out. Now i am unable to login. is there any possibility to get out of this?? also need a quick solution to upgrade from 1.2.14 to the latest one...
