Do you mean you want someone to take http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/2667 … nalyu2.jpg and created the PunBB theme?

If you want to publish this theme under GPL (or any other free license) and share it with the community, you may ask someone to help you to create this theme.

If you want this theme for your site only, this is hardly useful for the community, so it is possibly must be a paid work.

It's doubtful anyone will oblige. If you are willing to learn HTML and CSS, you will be able to design it yourself. If not, you most likely will have to pay someone to do the design work for you.

toxitrip; Il dépend de la quantité de travail impliquée, mais vraiment c'est beaucoup de travail.

Tu doives mieux considérer apprendre les qualifications que tu besoin et le faisant toi-même ou sois disposées pour payer beaucoup.
