Is there a way to move all or just some posts from one topic to another? I know about Manage options, but you can only move posts to new topic, but not to the existing one. And you can't move post if it has no replies.

I have two topics with no replies, which i want to merge, but I don't see Manage option. Any idea how to do that?

Your sample can be managed this way.
There is a "Moderate forum" link on the view forum page. You should follow this link. Then you should select topics you want to merge and press the "Merge" button.
You can use 1.3 demo to test this procedure.

Your PunBB database is out-of-date and must be upgraded in order to continue. Please run db_update.php in order to complete the upgrade process.

So i presume there is no way to move just few posts in a topic? In my forum, users are constantly going off-topic and i need to move posts a lot. Will there be an extension of some sort?
