Excellent!
I've uploaded your language pack to the punbb.org website. I made some additions to ar_common.php to set the locale and I've added a new element (lang_multibyte) to the $lang_common array. I also added a few common english words to the stopwords list. If you ever make any changes to the language pack, I would appreciate if you do it based on the version I've uploaded here.
PS. I moved this topic to the mods forum where we usually put new language pack announcements.

there is no arabic CODE , code tag always must be Left to right.

Install PunBB, there is a readme file read it, easy to install.
for language there is a folder "ar" put it in "lang" folder in your forum.
