I visited your site. At the first glance, I didn't find any issues with CSS. What problem is?
i fixed the issue now.. it was the #punwrap.
hopefully i got it fixed....

I like it, but there is too much white space at http://101themag.com/forum(bottom part of page), I think
It looks really good. I guess he needs that white space otherwise the rusty background will look weird.
that part of the back ground once i start filling the categories and topics out it will help it a bit...
