Topic: help,the post wrong

i install the 1.2 with chinese lang pack,and it success,but  when i post a new topic which written in chinese,it shows that info

"
An error was encountered
Error: Unable to create topic.
"

but ,i can post in english, so can you tell me ,how to do?

Enable debug mode and post the complete error message. Or, alternatively, inspect the SQL logs for the error message entered there.

Edit: Btw, this thread should be in troubleshooting, not bug reports.
