Topic: Important topic section

Ok, so when you open a section on your forum, and it comes up with all the threads, is it possible to make a section at the top of important threads? Just so people can find them more easily?

Maybe it would be better to highlight important threads? List of threads are created at "viewforum.php" on lines 143-190
