Hi,
Can you add option to allow only some file extensions?
Currently I can disable specific extensions, but I will like to enable only few of them (for example only .pdf and .xls)

How do you even manage this extension? I grabbed it off SVN and it says it's installed, but I do not see any attachment options anywhere.. under the admin or under posting.

As far as I know, extensions that are not on http://punbb.informer.com/extensions/, but are on http://punbb.informer.com/svn/extensions/trunk/, are under development.

Now pun_attachment for 1.3 final is under development. It will be released after weekend

Yeah, an "Allow only this..." option/parameter would help a lot of people.

Please, download from svn and test pun_attachment for PunBB 1.3 final.

You may download zip-archive Trac: from http://punbb.informer.com/trac/browser/ … attachment. Though I think Denis announced it too early. It should firstly be internally tested and even at first sight I see things requiring to be finished yet.

This link is no longer functional: "No node /extensions/trunk/pun_attachment at revision 993"

Because of upgrading of SVN this link didn't work yet, this is the latest version of pun_attachment - http://punbb.informer.com/svn/additions … tachment/. Sorry for this, we will inform about the changes like this in the future.

just tested it on 1.3.2. brilliant. was able to upload an mp3 then download it from another pc.
what would be good:
% update/loading thing telling you how much kb or mb has been uploaded;
something that tells you total size and then gives you progress...
but great that it has: x downloads since 200X-XX-XX

still has bugs. some of th files I uploaded disappeared after awhile even though when i edit the post, its still there.

Huh, one stupid question.
Is there a simple way to download this in "one piece" from SVN, and not file by file, dir by dir? I mean, there is nothing like pun_attachment_v995.zip

On another forum I just tried to install it I get this error message:

No, they should not. Everyone thinks that features they themselves require should be core. They should not be so, in 99.9% of cases. This forum software is supposed to be lightweight. If you want feature filled bloat, there are other forum softwares to choose from.

if the name of the attached file is very long the DELETE button gets moved behind the box on the next line....

and seperate issue:
I see it with keydogbb.info an my extensions I upload there; if I'm not logged in I can't download files, I see they're there though.
I think this will confuse visitors. There is no info telling them: you need to be logged in to download. (of course I could manually put in the post You need to be logged in blabla.... but other way would be cleaner no?)
But the interest for this extension is large. That link i put in above to rapidshare for easy download has double digit downloads....
I was also thinking about adding more pngs for zip files or rar files or mp4 or or or.....
