How's yours differ from the standard one? If you just want to add some extra tags, there are some extentions you can use or modify.

In one of my forum, I want to write news on various topics and to any news, I want an image that is 120 * 120px around. It will be located at the top left.

Yes, something in the style I had thought me, And for that I want to have a BBCode governing the picture there, how can you create a new BBCode?
