Topic: Rate topic extensions

It would be nice if we can rate the topic!
For example if the topic is a good tutorial or something similar the user can rate it!

Not exactly...
At the top right corner appear 5 stars and you click from 1-5 and you rate the topic!
Than the result appears for example in the viewforum mode somewhere between Replies and Views
