Topic: problems installing mods

I am facing problems while installing mods. I can't find all the lines that are written in read me. This is troubling me and i have to choose extensions right now. Please help me to solve how can i install these mods if i can't find the lines?

Which mods are you trying to install on what version?
Which lines can't u find?

Are you using the right mods for the right version?

You have posted in the 1.3 section but the code you have posted looks like 1.2 code.

The mod you requested for 1.3 arnt avalible yet. They have not been started.
