Topic: How to backup?

hi, im using PunBB 1.2.21 and AP_Backup.php , but what to do with
the backup file "backup_29-1-09.sql" ?  How to restore it ?

I'm not sure about that plugin, but you could use PHPMyAdmin or any admin interface that accepts SQL input.
