Topic: [req] Reformat all caps posts extension?

I get wayyyyy too many posts that are IN ALL CAPITALS AND ITS ANNOYING tongue

is there a way to reformat them so they are all lowercase?

goto administration --> Settings --> Feature's and then down on the page you have Topic and post content

There you find what you need I think.
