Topic: Few very important stuff that i realy need for someone to HELP

1- Sidebar:
I have no idea where to start, so can some please guide me how to make a right sidebar. And how to add blocks and panels to it.

2- Login from wordpress.
I just want to put the Login in the Sidebar of my wordpress site. Is that possible, i already gave a code to start with here http://punbb.informer.com/forums/post/127177/#p127177, but no one replied, so can some please help me.
