Topic: No-Index flag set in meta tags

I've been playing around with a free PHP search engine called Sphider. While indexing my own sites I discovered that some topics have a No-Index flag set in the meta tags. Here is an example of one of them:

Please help me fix this. I'm not sure where to start looking.
