I found ...

When desactive

Private Messaging ( Extension désactivée. )
    * Créé par PunBB Development Team.
    * Version v1.2.6.
    * Allows users to send private messages. This is the first simple version with minimum functions.

the bug not exist ...

I think it's a bug of French version ...
