Topic: Universal TOS?

Hi, I'm new here and all and I just have one question to ask. Does PunBB have a universal Terms of Service (ToS for short) for all downloads and usability of your software? If there is, I can definitely say that this one forum, using your service, is greatly breaking it in a big way. If at all possible, I'd like to report said forum but I lack resources to report.

There is no TOS. PunBB is GPL software. Anyone can download it and use it as they see fit. The only stipulation as such is that all copyright information has to remain intact in the source code. It does not limit how people can use the software, however.

Any issues you have should be directed to the board|forum in question.
