[Request] Hide tags

Hi,
I know there is a hide tags extension on here already but that just hides things from non-members.

Is there or can anyone possible write an extension like the one on the 1.2.x Punbb where you can hide for users under a certain post count?

E.g [hide=1000]This message is hidden for anyone who has under 1000 posts[/hide]
