I would like to find a windows hosting company. they must have the feature of sharepoint and ms-access db along with sql server.

Have you tried HostGator? I think they support all of that.

Host gator are good. I personally have been with bluehost for 2 years. I have not had a problem yet. Their customer support is the best i have used. They pretty competitive in the pricing department. Let us know what you find.
