How can i translate the lang file to another language?

I haw trobel whit the Swedish å,ä and ö the not show.

I know for german it's like this:
ä  =  ä
ü   = ü
ö   = ö

if you download a swedish version of pun then search the lang files... you should find your answer....

For translation I use Dreamweaver (maybe in other design programs you can do the same). In DW, when I edit the content in the "front end", every letter with an accent (áäéüöő etc.) is automatically decoded in those combinations of letters in the source code (like KeyDog wrote).
I hope I explained it understandable...

Hello!

I'm trying to do the same, but some things are printed in Javascript's Alert box, and Javascript must encode special characters in a different way. The problem is knowing which texts are written in javascript.
