Topic: Database error 28

I have a problem loading my forum main page. After i enabled debug mode i get

An error was encountered

The error occurred on line 86 in /home/public_html/forum/index.php

Database reported: Got error 28 from storage engine (Errno: 1030).

I didn't do anything with the forum and yesterday was working fine. I can still access admin page, but not the forums. Any ida what to do?

Error code 28: No space left on device. Your drive filled up and your server doesn't have enough space to complete the operation. Contact your host.

I just checked my cpanel and i have a lot's of space available. DB is 130mb and i have 10gb of free space.
