This is a release of new extension pun_admin_broadcast_email. It is first release of the extension. It is allows administrators to send e-mail messages to groups of users.

Server time out, but messages are send.
Did you try increasing the server timeout directive in the server config?

We will think how to do this in the best way.
New version of pun_admin_broadcast_email released 0.2 has been released!
Changes from previous version:
Emails are now sent in parts. This will solve the problem with connection timeout
not work with other language.
It is because of the changes in the English language pack. Here the differences between 2 versions.

I just downloaded the extension and while I was translating it to French for my board, I found this spelling error :
'Err per page' => 'Number of e-mails per page can\'t be empty or nevative.',

EDIT : I have some trouble translating this one, the sentence just sounds so... weird :
'Task finished' => 'The task finished e-mails messages has been sent.',

Is there a way to not have it strip all carriage returns from your message (thus making formatting possible)?
The way it currently is, it's useless for anything more than a single sentence/paragraph.

Dose pun_admin_broadcast_email support nginx ?
I've using nginx as a reverse proxy with Apache.
But I've a problem that when I sending e-mail.
I've enable Template vars option and sending e-mail
then, they will show "502 Bad Gateway"
If I'm not use Template vars option It will be OK

I am running PunBB 1.4.2, such a nice forum software!
But I am in need for a compatible pun_admin_broadcast_email kind of extension.
Do you Slavok or other developers have any intention to make such a thing in the future.
