Change URL scheme

I am using punbb1.3.4.

URL scheme is File based (Fancy).

Example: http://www.k-zentertainment.com/forum/t … arena.html

Is there any way to remove the word topic-80 from the link.
Example: http://www.k-zentertainment.com/forum/l … arena.html
