Topic: duplicate forum

All of a sudden we have a duplicate forum...who has seen this before? how do I fix it? I looked in the admin section and in my forum list, it only exists once, but to the general user....it is twice! so you are really welcome on our site!! it just happens to be the forum titled welcome!!

1.2.15 when I hit check for updates it says I am running the latest, yet 1.3 exists!

This bug was fixed in PunBB 1.2.21. It is strongly recommended that you upgrade your forum to 1.2.21 because of some security issues.
