Topic: Upgarde from 1.2.x to 1.3, charset going crazy
Hello guys, i really count on you by this.
I got some really weird problem, i use now punbb v1.2.x so i updated on 1.3, everything worked fine except of characters in my forum.
The characters on 1.2. like ć, č, š, ž, đ and cyrilic letters worked fine, but after updates i saw "hieroglyphes". Here are some insert how the posts look in database, in 1.2. and 1.3.

I am stunned why do after conversion posts look like exactly like entries from database, allthough its not correct. The middle quote shows it how the text should look like.
Here is a screenshot of my database, maybe it can helb, maybe it has to do with this "latin1_swedish_ci"??
I really hope for some solution, and i hope you could write it in relative simple english because i am sorta of poor in it

p.s. i am genius so i backuped everything before i updated so i am now back to 1.2. until i find solution
