I don't have any idea about that how to convert database  vbulletin in punbb .So i can't help you right now but i try to know about this thing as soon as possible i get it .

I think the easiest way would be to convert to phpBB and then from phpBB to PunBB.  There's a converter out there somewhere; I'll try to find it from you.  But, you could have to convert to an older version of phpBB and then to PunBB v1.2.

I think you should consult to technical person who has knowledge about that how to convert vBulletin to PunBB  . I think it is better idea .
