I installed the private messaging extension and now I want to change it from English to Swedish. How do I do that?

You need to place the Swedish language pack for pun_pm in <FORUM_ROOT>/extensions/pun_pm/lang/.

as pun_pm is an extension and you can't find a translation pun_pm topic, you probably need to translate it yourself... isn't very long ....
