Single login page, just boxes.

Im trying to make an login page just contating the text boxes  / login - register.

NOT the "You do not have permission to view these forums." since i locked guests out.

it shuld be neat and clean. How do i do this from forumroot without messing to much with index.php or shuld i do this from siteroot and redirect log in?
