Topic: URL scheme can't support multilanguage???

Hi punBB develop team.
I'm a newbie with punbb. This script is perfect. smile  smile  smile

when i post a topic to orther language (Not en)
the url show=>http://127.0.0.1/punbb/topic2-view.html (i posted ทดสอบครับ).
It should be =>http://127.0.0.1/punbb/topic2-ทดสอบครับ.html

anyone have some solution to fix it???

i'm use PunBB 1.3.4.
