Topic: View your own threads...
I want to make a button on the navigation that says "View your own threads" and then when you click it the user sees all threads made by him.
Could someone help me with his?

There is already a button on the navigation bar for this purpose. It says "Profile" and goes directly to:
Posts and topics
* View all your posts
* View all your topics
* View all your subscriptions
That's pretty standard for forums and users know how to use it. We all have our preferences, but I would think that choosing one of those links for the navbar and not the others, would just cause confusion.
