i has problem i has banned some Users, and the user has IP address 127.0.0.1, now seems all on my Forum has as IP 127.0.0.1, and i cant login more as Admin or user more.
Now how can disable the banning?
on caches delete the bans doesnt helps yet.
Try going directly to your hosts admin panel / phpmyadmin and deleting the ban/s there
i has deleted the bans, seems it was wrong?
now my forum doesnt more work.
Try and get your hosts support to copy the latest backup of your database over the now partially deleted one....
some can make for me a backup of bans table ?
Just make another account on another computer, then access your phpmyadmin and make that user (which you created) administrator. Then re-log, and unban yourself.

im not more able to register, the bans table is complete deleted.
And all my forum user has same ip like 127.0.0.1.
and users which comes with 127.0.0.1 is blocked.

i has deleted the cache/cache_bans.php first.
That wont help when the bans table is deleted.

its running on sourceforge, it want use for each User same IP like localhost.
Replace the contents of the "<FORUM_ROOT>/cache/cache_bans.php" file with this:
