How do I sign up to make my own? I am bad at english and english is my 3rd language.

You need a server to run it on. The server has to be able to run PHP scripts and it has to have a database server (either MySQL och PostgreSQL). After you've got that, you download the scripts from here, unpack the zip archive and read the installation instructions.

Either you need to have your own webserver, or find someone that would provide you one. Punbb.org does not host any other fourms besides this one.

Please do not repeditly post. Your post would be answered as soon as possible.
Php is a programing language, like HTML, however, you nees special software to render php documetns.
Just a thought, maybe you should seek help from someone who speaks your native language, seeing that they would be able to explain better then we can.

Help: Search the Internet for help on installing Apache, PHP and MySQL. Then read the install documentation for PunBB. THEN, if you get stuck, don't hesitate to ask.
