Topic: posting new category?

yikes
I'm new to PunBB forums. I try to create a new category in my forum, but it's not creating. and what position number do I put for my category? I tried numbers 1 and 0,  but it still tells my that the board is empty. Please help?

Once you created a category you need to create a forum aswell...
You did numbering correctly...
