Topic: The service is unavailable.

Whenever I try to go to example.com/forum/index.php I get this.

The service is unavailable.

Here is what I did so far, I am using Godaddy on Windows Servers

1. Uploaded files into subfolder punbb

2. Created an MySQL Server (created not tinkered with)

3. Went to example.com/forum/index.php

and then hit this problem

did you really go to EXAMPLE  big_smile

and if you uploaded to SUBFOLDER    PUNBB of course the FORUM in example needs to replaced by PUNBB...

I tried both ways, using Punbb and Forum
