I don't know if this is in the right section but I downloaded punBB and I have no idea how to put it on the internet. It may be around here somewhere but I don't know. Thank you.

You need an FTP client.
first start with firefox and install the fireftp extension.
Then you'll need some hosting space and a domain name.
put your FTP username and password into fireftp within firefox
