Hello i see that PunBB is totally DEAD it's true it's really bad news.......
im goin to IPB or phpbb can help me to migrate form punbb 1.3 to IPB?

Punbb not dead. Now there are temporary problems, but the project will be continued.

Honestly, I suggest you FluxBB (a fork that's compatible with the pun boards). I was a huge PunBB-fan, but IMHO Informer has kill the community and the project.
