Topic: fixed width for columns

Hello,
I'm on punbb 1.3  with default style oxygen, I managed to resize the width of the forum but I would like to have a fixed size for each column (Forums, Topics, Posts, Last post).
where is it on the css file and what do I have to write ?

Is not one line.
You need understand how html+css works.

Sorry but I'm not developer and I only want  to resize the board,
how to get a fixed size on the "last post" column so the board won't break the tables surrounding it ?
