upgraded forum 1.2 to 1.3 now forum rules are gone

i have a backup of my 1.2 forum

in what file are the rules of the forum stored ???

They're stored in the DB- however, I don't have a working copy of the 1.2 branch so I can't tell you what table they're in. Probably in the config table?

ok i have a ftp backup of 1.2 isnt it in a html file ????
