Topic: Title is public, but Make message of post private

Can post be private?

If I post something, and title appears in the list, but can the message be private?

So if i posted something like, "shipping time question."  and details of my customer id, order id that i put in body of post is only viewed by admin (or group of allowed in the company)

If it is not really important the people who are allowed to read the post be aware of it, then you can just make the relevant people part of a group. Only members of that group will be able to see posts in that forum.

Even if you use the News extension, only group(s) with permissions will be able to see that post.
