Topic: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server.

Im trying to install Punbb, but I get this error message:
An error was encountered

Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server.
The error occurred on line 70 in ../forum/include/dblayer/pgsql.php

I am sure that the data we enter is correct..

What else can be wrong?
