Topic: Blank "index.php's

Loaded punbb fine but when I call the index.php I get a blank screen?

Any Ideas

I am a newbie in the forum world. I loaded this on a Unix server and it worked great, I am trying to load it on a Windows server but the PHP is loaded and other PHP applications run fine.

ANY IDEAS?

Check webserver logs.
Blank or white screen is server side error.
