I wanna know how I can add images to a style? PunBB doesn't seem to be as user friendly as some other forum but i like the layout of it. I apologize if this is the wrong section.

I know a decent amount of CSS. I want to add a header image and maybe a head background image.

Have you considered upgrading to 1.3.5? Then you can just use this extension for the image in the header. As for the background image, you could just change the image file currently being now and adjust it in the css of your theme.
