Topic: Unable to login or register after upgrade from 1.2 to 1.3

I just upgraded from v1.2.x to the newest version of 1.3 today.

1. Uploaded all files successfully
2. Updated the database successfully (including the UTF conversion)
3. Now when I try to login, it just kicks back to the login page with no error. Same with the registration page, you click the button and it comes back to the registration page. In this case, I checked the database and the user was not added to the database. Neither login nor registration sends an email

This is a stock install with no extensions added.

I had to revert back to my old install. I will attempt to upgrade again today and send a link.
