Topic: Make design in Photoshop

Can you make a design for the forum in Photoshop and upload it and use it? Or you have to make any changes to the css file?

Once you have created the design in photoshop you will then have to turn that into css and code in order for it to work with the forum. You'll essentially have to create a new skin, but this can be fairly easily done by using Oxygen as the foundations and building around that.
